The main difference is subaccounts (client portals). Basic gives you 1 subaccount, Business gives you 3, and Agency gives you unlimited subaccounts so you can manage unlimited clients. Each tier also includes a different number of agent seats: Basic (1 user), Business (3 agents), Agency (5 agents). Additional agent seats are available on all tiers at $75/seat or $250 for a 5-pack.

Additional agent seats cost $75/seat/month, or you can buy a 5-pack for $250/month ($50/seat). For example, if you're on the Agency plan ($497/month with 5 agents included) and need 10 total agents, you'd pay $497 + (5 additional seats × $75) = $872/month.

Sub-accounts come from GoHighLevel and HubSpot — they're how agencies organize their clients. What makes Hot Prospector unique is that it's the only dialer that connects to ALL of your sub-accounts and gives you a single, unified multi-tenant dashboard. Instead of logging in and out of separate tools for each client, your agents dial across every client from one screen. Campaigns, reporting, scripts, and dispositions are all managed per sub-account but controlled from one place. If you're an agency running 10, 50, or 100+ client accounts, this is the difference between a real call center and duct-taped chaos.

We don't offer free trials because setup requires custom configuration for your GHL/HubSpot environment. Instead, we offer a live demo where you'll see your actual workflows in action. Month-to-month billing, cancel anytime. We don't lock you into annual contracts unless you choose annual billing for the discount. Most agencies stay because the results speak for themselves.

White-label is included on all plans. Your branding, your domain, your client portals—all part of every tier. Most competitors charge $500-1,000/month extra for white-label. We include it because we built Hot Prospector for agencies.

All plans include: Power dialer with optional parallel dialing, AI conversation intelligence, real-time agent coaching, white-label platform, GoHighLevel + HubSpot native sync, system-enforced TCPA compliance, client-level reporting, unlimited calling minutes, white-glove onboarding, dedicated support, and ongoing optimization calls. The only differences between tiers are subaccount limits and included agent seats.

Yes. Pay annually and save 15% on any tier. Annual plans also include priority support and quarterly strategy calls.

You can upgrade between tiers at any time (prorated). Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Add or remove agent seats anytime with no penalty.

Phone numbers. You'll need Twilio phone numbers for outbound calling (typically $1-2/number/month). Everything else—dialing, AI, white-label, integrations, support—is included.
