The Feature Gating Problem
The lowest two plans — Essentials ($19) and Team ($29) — include no power dialing at all. They're a basic business phone system, not a dialer platform. If you need a power dialer, the minimum entry point is $49/user/month on the Pro plan.
Parallel dialing — the feature that takes reps from 80 dials to 400+ per day — is locked behind a completely separate plan tier called SalesPro. It requires a 2-seat minimum and custom pricing. You won't know the cost until you've been through a sales conversation.
The headline price of $19/user/month creates the impression of an affordable tool. By the time you add the features that make a dialer meaningful for high-volume outbound teams, the cost is significantly higher than the starting point advertised.
